At XooKool, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

Address Accuracy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise,

please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable)

is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect

or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Payment Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment is verified, the order can be changed or cancel within 24 hours.

After this 24 hour period, the order can't be changed nor cancel.

Processing
It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Shipping
Shipment takes approximately 14 to 30 business days to reach destination countries

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery
If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates. Please kindly contact us.

Shipping Delay
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.  In other countries other than USA it may take up to 60 days.

We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.

Please submit a ticket within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

Free Shipping

On Orders over $50 Shipping is Free with certain limitations described below.

1. Destination address is in USA.

2. Items such as Handbags and shoes are excluded due to weight and size.

    These items always have a shipping charge.
